The Role:
Provision of clerical, administrative and business support for 3 days per week.

• General typing and preparation of presentation material
• Organisation & bookings for the team incl. travel arrangements, hotels, hire cars, flights, room bookings, catering etc.
• Maintain holiday records
• Ensure attendance sheets are completed and accurate
• Maintain and set up filing structure, both electronic & manual
• Meeting arrangement, hospitality
• Set up and maintain stationery supply
• Ordering of marketing merchandise
• Maintain tidy office environment

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• GCSEs or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar office environment.
• Good IT skills and be experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Business Administration qualification is useful but not essential
