The Role:
• Provides administrative support for team
• Manages and coordinates office equipment, facilities, supplies, telephones, radios, data links etc as needed
• Coordinates obtaining appropriate security clearances and passes for the Project Management Team
• Establishes procedures for mail, overnight services, company pouch etc
• Maintains current knowledge of our Client's administrative procedures & policies
• Coordinates induction and on-boarding of Project Management Team members & visitors as required
• Manages travel and accommodation for the Site Team as required
• Develops / maintains holiday planner
• Prepares correspondence and reports and communication as directed by the fabrication Site Manager
• Manages and coordinates Project, Company and Corporate notices and company communications as required
• Acts as site based SharePoint and LiveLink administrator

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Has clearly demonstrated strong administrative competence
• Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment
• Computer Literate.
• Demonstrated interpersonal/teambuilding skills
• Familiarity with Document and Records Management systems such as SharePoint & Livelink or similar. (Training is available if required)

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience working on major fabrication contracts in an admin role.
• Experience with SAP
