The Role:
The Role:

• Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the client Project Manager and discipline Managers.
• Co-ordinate meeting attendance and arrange suitable meeting venues.
• Arrange onsite and offsite group events / meetings.
• Acting as focal point, maintain awareness of leadership group diaries, movements and contact details.
• Arrange and book travel as appropriate.
• Co-ordinate production of monthly / weekly reports.
• Prepare presentation materials for leadership group.
• Record, prepare and issue Minutes of Meeting for key meetings
• External communications co-ordinator.
• Development and maintaining client Project website.
• Maintain department holiday planner.
• Admin procurement co-ordinator / Manage group stationery supplies.
• Co-ordinate the procurement of Personal Protective Equipment for the project.
• Co-ordinate Project Team filing structure.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Suite of software products.
• Previous experience in similar position supporting Management Team in a large project environment.
