The Role:
• Co-ordinate departmental travel requirements (domestic & international)
• Arrange meetings – both on & off-site
• Preparation and distribution of agenda and pre-read material
• Minute taking and distribution
• Maintain action item log
• Set-up conference calls
• Maintain departmental filing system, organization charts, vacation schedule etc.
• Document dissemination
• Create / update Powerpoint presentations
• Photocopying, typing, answering telephone & taking messages
• Distribution of mail
• Calendar / diary management
• Preparation and submission of departmental expense reports
• Arrange ergonomic assessments if required
• Any other general office duties as required by your departmental Manager
