The Company:

The Role:
Specific responsibilities include:
Answering inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner, advising on price and availability and progress of orders and providing standard quotations
Manage sales order backlog
Manage customer returns and complaints
Manage customer invoice queries
Route cause analysis of ‘issues’ to prevent reoccurrence.
Owning customer relationships

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
A high level of I.T literacy that will provide a good foundation for future competence across a number of packages, including SAP, BOL, Excel
Ability to manage time and workload effectively
Ability to achieve deadlines whilst under pressure.
Personally accountable for delivering targets
Good and open communication skills
Previous experience of working in a fast paced, transaction based business.
Customer focused
Good literacy and numeracy skills
