The Role:
Main purpose of the role
To support Line Manager in daily activities & ensure office activities are in line with Company & departmental objectives & timing.
Preparation of routine documentation relevant to department, ie letters, memos
Processing, issuing and distribution of information/documentation (eg agendas, minutes,KPI's).
Reading, assessing and handling (where relevant) of all correspondence.
Maintenance of accurate, comprehensive and accessible filing systems.

Scope of the job
Assist in daily function and running of department
Manage diary and arrange/co-ordinate meetings
Handle routine matters (verbal & written) independently
Draft letters/memos/documents for signature & ensure timely distribution
Arrange national and international travel
Read, route, prioritise incoming mail/telephone calls
Read, prioritise and where relevant, handle all correspondence
Ensure timely availability of documentation needed for meetings, presentations
Establish and maintain an accurate, comprehensive and accessible filing system
Act as receptionist – Meet & Greet
Arrange entertaining on request

Qualifications
O ‘Level / GCSE equivalent in English

Experience
PC literate
Good communication skills
Be proven self-starter and work independently
Communicate effectively at all levels
Knowledge of Microsoft Office would be advantageous.
