The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant specialising in the URF (Umbilical, Risers and Flowlines) team. The primary objective of this role will be to provide administrative support to the URF Group and as requested to the Offshore Division.

Primary Responsibilities:

•Book and set up both internal and external meetings, maintain tidiness of meeting rooms.
•Assist in travel arrangements with the travel department.
•Undertake office administration duties including; general filing, archiving, binding, photocopying and scanning of documents.
•Provide office support and miscellaneous typing support to project personnel as required (including document formatting and compilation).
•Assist in the maintenance and control of project documentation using the Coreworx Document Control System.
•Complete expense claim processing for management.
•Prepare and produce documents such as letters, reports, faxes, registers and spread sheets using Microsoft Office. Hold up to date registers.
•Circulate industry periodicals / magazines / information for internal review
•Preparation of project documentation. Become thoroughly conversant with project documentation, specifications and procedures.
•Assist URF Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required.
•Proactively adhere to and promote the Client/Company workplace values and behaviours exercising tolerance and respect for diversity.
•Provide support to the URF Manager and engage with other members of the URF Group to ensure administration requirements are defined, agreed and implemented.
•Actively promote and foster teamwork and a team culture with colleagues.
•Provide proactive assistance to other team members in demanding times / situations.
•Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
•A minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with 90% accuracy
•Ability to multi task various administration and team support activities.
•Previous proven experience performing similar administration type roles.
•Computer literate.
