The Company:
Our client is a global group of energy and petrochemicals companies. With around 90000 employees in more than 80 countries and territories, they are seeking to recruit an Administrative Coordinator to join their expanding administration team.

The Role:
Administration Coordinator

Reports & Documentation (Word/Powerpoint/Excel)
- Finishing and distribution of reports, formatting of documents etc, ensuring compliance with information & communications guidelines
- Management of project files/directories on Sharepoint
- Preparing dashboard or management information reports.

Resourcing activities
- MOR / OR support
- All associated Onboarding & Offboarding admin actions for staff and contractors
- IQN
- Office moves

Travel & Events
- Complex travel
- Event support
- Visas / passports

Reports & Documentation (Word/Powerpoint/Excel)

Misc
- Act as custodian of team functional account(s)
- Email dist lists
- Procurement of basic services/goods on SAP
- Ability to deliver standard administrative services alongside specific business-related hybrid activities.
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless delivery of services, and coverage of activities.
- Delivering support to remote staff, including providing 'hand-holding/how to' coaching and training.
- Keeping up-to-date with IT/system changes.
- Knowledge-sharing and working collaboratively with team, encouraging best practice, and providing suggestions for optimising effective, efficient delivery of activities.
- Ensuring activities are delivered in compliance with internal (and where applicable, external) business controls, and communicating these requirements to staff

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- MS Office skills (proficient in use of Word/Excel (spreadsheets)/Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of procurement activities on SAP
- Strong team player with proven experience in an adminstrative/teamworking role
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to use initiative with minimal supervision
- High level of attention to detail (quality service/right first time approach is expected)
- Experience of providing support to senior managers)
- Proven experience of operating within internal business controls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English language)
- University Degree preferred;
