The Company:
With operations across the world, our client uses innovation and technology to deliver energy to a growing world. They are currently leading an integrated LNG Project in PNG that includes gas production and processing facilities including liquefaction and storage facilities.

The Role:
Our client is looking to engage in a Project Coordinator for their integrated LNG Project in Papua New Guinea.

You will operate in Port Moresby in on Residential basis.

You will assist the Business and Project Manager with reporting documentation, creating spreadsheets using calculations and creating graphs using the relative data.

Other duties will include:
• Tracking master contracts and reporting to the relevant team members monthly.
• Performing accruals on GRE project accounts at the end of each month.
• Creating project files and filing for the Business Manager.
• Liaising with the Contract Coordinator on leasing matters on behalf of the Business Manager.
• Assisting the administrative assistant on coordinating new start requirements & documentation.
• Performing back-up administrative or coordination duties

Software usage:
Solid knowledge and proficient use is needed in the following systems;
- MS office suites
- Lotus Notes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoke communication skills
