The Company:
A Major Operator within the Oil & Gas Industry based just outside London

The Role:
Responsibilities and Main Tasks:

• Register and distribute administrative documentation in ProArc.
• Assist in administrative tasks for the Project Manager.
• Other administrative task as assigned by DCC Lead/IM Manager.
• Weekly reporting to DCC Lead.
• Ensure procedures and schedules are adhered to.
• Provide assistance, guidance and support as required.
• Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience in Administration Document Management.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, official regulations, etc.

• Experience in Administration Document Management in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects as Operator.
• Project Document Management systems/tools.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.

Personal characteristics:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respond to, and deal with, project personnel at all levels including contractor staff.
• Team player.
• Apply quality management principles and processes.
• Be aware of the broader perspective and how it affects the project.

Additional requirements:
• Regulatory Competence for the Petroleum Industry.
