The Company:
Our client has one of the largest refineries in Europe with a large FCC and corresponding high gasoline yield. It is a medium complex plant.

The Role:
The Inspection team is in need of a technical admin support, the different activities include:

- Prepare inspection reports
- Provide support during Turnarounds (maintenance shutdown)
- Creating inspection reports, work orders and notifications in SAP
- Managing equipment items in SAP.
- Scan and archive inspection reports and all other documents in Credo (Inspection database)
- Create purchase orders/ shopping carts in SAP SRM
- Look up drawings/ documents etc. in Documentum and Equipmentcliq
- Handling of incoming invoices and expense reports in SAP (service entry sheets)
- Management permits in Sharepoint, Credo and SAP
- Composing annual plan in SAP and Credo
- Processing measurement documents
- Enter CML (Component Measurement Location) and TML (Thickness Measurement Location) for equipment and pipe lining in Credo

This role will support one or more senior-level managers, and the work setting will be within a diverse environment; and includes frequent/continual contact with colleagues.
This role is also required to perform more complex administrative activities including preparing/editing presentations, and recommending or making purchase decisions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Assist the inspection team with multiple tasks and should be flexible, client oriented and a self-starter
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Has advanced computer skills (including word processing, spreadsheet, CREDO, SAP, etc.) and adapting to new software tools is a must
- Requires limited supervision

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Possess specialized industry skill/knowledge
- Knowledge of foreign languages
