The Role:
•Provide administrative support as required to the Department Manager and Team, including SAP Expense Reporting and calendar management
•Provide confidential administration on all matters arising
•General word processing, powerpoint, excel work, etc
•Provide team support as required to the TMT
•Co-ordinate meetings, conferences and social events
•Initiate and coordinate team-building events as appropriate
•Credit card purchases as appropriate in support of UK operations activities
•Establish and maintain productive relationship with all departments, to assist in promotion of UK operations group and its image.
•Ongoing development of Integrated Operations web site content
•Update personnel lists, floorplans, organigrams etc

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Courteous with excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation
•Ability to work without supervision
•Proactive, strong initiative skills
•Proficient planning and organisational skills
•Ability to use appropriate software
•Flexible
•Discrete
•Sense of humour
