The Company:
Our client, a major owner/operating company, seeks expertise for offshore mega-projects in Canada.

This opportunity is open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents only. First consideration will be given to residents of Newfoundland & Labrador.

The Role:
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide administrative support to supervisors and staff as required
• Order and maintain office supplies and office equipment
• Schedule and co-ordinate meeting logistics and catering
• Organize travel arrangements
• Maintain calendars
• Complete and process expense reports
• Co-ordinate office and computer moves
• Initiate requests for PCs, software, telephones, LAN, email accounts and building access
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets as required (ie: office equipment, vacation records, contact lists, org charts, etc.)
• Manage monthly time reporting process
• Foster communication with team, other admin staff and internal departments
• Provide back-up coverage for other Administrative Assistants as required
• Ability to learn the client's business processes and tools (SHARP, eSpeedBuy, International Travel, eRequest, MPI, MOC, etc.)

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products and Lotus Notes / Outlook


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
• High School Graduate
• Administrative Assistant diploma or equivalent training / experience
• 3 + years relevant experience
