The Role:
Team Assistant – Global Petroleum Controller’s Team
Primary Petroleum support contact for the Employee Expense Management (EEM) System
Handle queries from employees (card holders and non cardholders) required to use the 1SAP EEM system
Provide EEM system and process communications, reference tools and training as needed
Liaise with:
American Express regarding credit card reporting and queries,
Petroleum HR Operations for master data queries, and Card additions/ terminations
Financial Services Kuala Lumpur – Payment Services Card Services for payment process issues,
Petroleum Corporate Accounting Team for EEM accounting issues.
Petroleum Financial Systems team for system defects and other issues
Manage the records retention program for EEM
Distribute applicable EEM reports

Administrative Support of Petroleum Controller’s Team
Assisting new staff in the on boarding process by ensuring facility and systems access is provided in a timely manner
Protecting the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
Undertaking general office and administration duties
Managing the inventory of supplies
Maintaining effective internal/external office relationships and liaising confidently with senior management and their respective personal assistants
Coordinating and assisting others in the use of information databases and business information systems

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills / Experience
To be successful, you will be a proven self-starter, with a track record of providing successful travel expense query support in a global SAP environment in a large corporate environment. Previous experience with SAP or similar enterprise wide travel expense systems and the ability to become proficient in the areas of procurement and expense account management will be critical. A high level of proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications is essential. Your excellent communication skills, professional approach and advanced multi-tasking capabilities are critical success factors.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Processing Items in SAP
Assisting with requisitions and invoice processing in the SAP system

The Requirements
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience is desirable.
