The Company:
Our client, an international major oil and gas operator, seeks an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

The Role:
Key Job Responsibilities:

30% Event Coordination
• Reserve Conference Rooms
• Coordinate Monthly Update Celebration
• Coordinate Team Building Events
• Arrange Catering for Meetings
• Arrange Partner/Contractor meetings (including FCPA as required)

10% Facilities Coordination
• Coordinate Team Office Moves / IT Moves
• Maintain Floor Plan

20% Travel Coordination
• Coordinate Travel (incl. visa)

40% Administration
• Order Non-Standard Office Supplies
• Coordinate Monthly HES BBS Observations for reporting
• Coordinate Timewriting
• Project On-boarding / Off-boarding
• Coordinate Ergonomics Evaluations / Results
• Update Vacation Schedules
• Register Visitors (VMS)
• Coordinate BUSINESS Tickets
I.E. - Reconcile P-Card Charges
• Update PROJECT Distribution List
• Update Org Charts
• Update Project Roster

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma
5 plus years in as an Administrative Assistant
