Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity is now available for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the Global Technology Centre team based in the CBD. In this role you will provide critical administration assistance and support to the Global Technology Centre.

Duties include:
• Document Management including: Word processing, (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat), PDF services, photocopying, filing, binding, laminating, etc.
• Assist with formatting reports, presentations, letters and any other required documents.
• Issue and distribute correspondence, presentations, CDs, reports and any other required documents
• Prepare and compile training materials for workshops and courses as required
• Compilation of data in excel spreadsheets for graphing and analysis
• Coordinate meetings by assisting in the preparation of documentation, making venue and room bookings, organizing catering, and acting as scribe
• Assist with venue arrangements and preparation of presentation material
• Maintain team leave / out of office calendar and contacts in Outlook
• Request building access for external visitors (from other business units, joint ventures and alliance partners).
• Provide general office support to team members assist with general office housekeeping e.g. log calls for faults/safety concerns, attention to general tidiness and order to shared resources and other duties as required.
• Co-ordination of on boarding process for new employees and contractors (including acquisition of equipment, supplies, ID’s, etc) within department using standardized induction process guidelines to ensure effective transition into the group
• Coordinate office requirements, including office moves, stationery orders and office equipment purchases and repairs.
• Travel Co-Ordination - Arranges multi-leg, complex travel to domestic & international locations, including frequent interaction with local travel agencies and government agencies, if required, to coordinate passport, visa and/or other country entry documents.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you will have at least 4-5 years experience in a similar position, meticulous organisation and time management skills along with a high attention to detail.

This position is a 12month contract working a 9 hour day.
