The Role:
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
•Booking offshore, domestic and international travel
•Booking training, inductions and organising site access approvals
•Coordinating general HR activities for employees/SP/contractors joining and exiting
•Organising catering for meetings/activities/events
•Maintenance of travel database to manage Commissioning Team’s site mobilisation and associated TOIL
•Time writing for Commissioning Team
•Collation of Commissioning Monthly Report
•Maintaining integrity of data in Procontrol ie; current status of commissioning workpacks
•Processing Purchase Requisitions and Service Entry’s in SAP
•Purchasing and stock control of PPE
•Maintenance of recognition and gift register
•Ensure floor plan is accurate
•Nominated custodian for the Webpage
•Ensure organisation chart accurately reflects SAP
•Assist Health & Safety Manager prepare Safety Reporting data
•Focal point for contractor WOPID and RAS tokens applications (computer access)
•Tracking of IT assets
•Cab Charge Focal Point
•Responsible for formatting reports
•Primary custodian for administration procedures
•Responsible for booking vehicle hire as required (taxi’s, buses)
•Archiving, retrieval of documentation
•Assist PPG team with meeting room booking requirements
•Responsible for providing general administration duties to the team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills & Experience:
•Advance MS Office – Outlook, Work, Excel, Power Point, Access
•Previous travel booking experience
•Previous Action Tracking System experience is highly desirable
•High standard of written and oral communication skills
