The Role:
Kazakhstan Residents only

We need assistance in finding candidates suitable for the new position of translator/administrative staff leading role.

Qualification requirements for this job position:
• University education, specialization in Linguistics & Translation, Public Administration and Finance is preferable.
• 2-3 years of job experience in HR or general office administration is required.
• Supervisory experience would be preferred
• Russian and English – Level 4-5 according to TCO scale.
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio)
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Team leading skills, teamwork attributes are also extremely important
• Willingness to perform a broad scope of work as required is essential.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Coordination of administration work including but not limited to logistics/safety training for Finance visitors overall and TCO auditors specifically, room reservations and meeting invitations.
• Oversight of Finance translator and administrative assistant work, performance appraisal.
• Present at meetings and keep minutes of the departmental briefings and meetings.
• Maintain documentation on administrative issues (staff, payment, training, etc.)
• Handle schemes, charts and develop reports on E1 and Ariba systems
• Assistance in recruitment and hiring process
• Assistance in coordination of Finance internship process
• Coverage of desks for Finance translator and administrative assistant during their absence
