The Role:
Only candidates who already have the rights to work in Azerbaijan will be considered for this role

1. Provide administrative support to management and other personnel within the office to ensure their needs are met.
2. Issue Company letters and other official letters and translation as requested.
3. Purchasing of stationary, furniture, water, food stuffs and other office supplies
4. Purchasing and provision of cleaning staff for office
5. Keeping expense records with appropriate reporting.
6. Maintaining the good condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
7. Maintain a safe and secure working environment
8. Arrange meeting and conferences as requested.
9. Substitute Project Administrator during her absence
10. Greet, register visitors, Issue badges and notify appropriate staff of their arrival.
11. Answer telephone calls and transfer calls to appropriate staff.
12. Organises coffees and lunches when required
13. Arranges lunch for office staff
14. Sorts & distributes inter-company and incoming mail and faxes
15. Prepares inter-company courier mail.
16. Helps with general administrative work in the office as required, typing, filing etc.
17. Maintain office/workshop equipment (cartridges, printers, fax machines, A/Cs, vacuum cleaners etc); keep record of the company’s keys.
