The Company:
a major oil and gas operator

The Role:
• Organize and maintain file system and files correspondence and records of a confidential nature.
• Scheduling and making arrangements for meetings and conferences which may include preparing agendas, reserving and transcribing minutes of meetings and distribution.
• Compile company information and related material and distributed it to candidates.
• Frequently use word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software.
• Enter numerical data into databases in a timely and accurate manner.
• Answer and manage incoming and outgoing calls while recording accurate messages.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 2-3+ years experience
• Experience using Microsoft Word Office, working with spreadsheets and presentation software such as PowerPoint
• Experience with being able to navigate around spreadsheets
• Someone who’s a self starter
