The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join a leading Oil and Gas Operator for a 2 year contract. A successful candidate will be required to provide specialized administrative support to an individual or team. In addition to regular administrative assistant duties, a candidate may be responsible for higher level tasks that may include special computer projects,specialized tasks and duties requiring expertise in a certain industry, field or discipline.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

•Agenda Management
•Travel Arrangements
•Event Coordination and Management
•Visitor Arrangements
•Meeting Preparation and Management
•Invoice Management
•Onboarding of new team members
•Team Support
•Provide cover to other Senior Management Assistants as and when required
•Provide support for leave and assistance on tasks as required
•Updating of Organisation Charts
•Specific Business support activities, as specified by GM

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Previous experience in an administrative support role
•Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Promaster and SAP systems
•Previous experience in document management
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
•An aptitude to working with numbers, display accuracy and efficiency
•Be resilient
•Ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholder relationships with competing demands and activities at short notice
•Proactively solve problems by anticipating issues and quickly addressing them
•Respond with a flexible and positive attitude
•Continuously improve support to the team
• Build productive working relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
