The Company:
Big oil company looking for Administrative Assistant

The Role:
• Receiving and processing travel requests (charter flights, helicopter, train, hotels)
• Dates, destinations, passport data, visa
• Cost centre, priority
• Approving authority
• Invoice coding (SAP)
• Airline/ railway tickets booking, hotel reservation, accommodation in camp
• Planning and coordination of mobilization and demobilization personnel at the stage of Berkut platform start-up
• Passengers manifests (charter and helicopter flights, ferry, train)
• Duty phone
• Database maintenance:
- PTS (“Personnel Tracking Solution”)
- Excel/ Access
• Providing the accurate passenger and traveller information to all parties involved in the flight scheduling, dispatching and reporting
• Logistics
• Compilation of personnel transportation and accommodation plan
• Verification of connections (plane, helicopter, train) to avoid late check-in or no-show
• Invoice coding (IPES)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
English language: Fluent
