1 year contract
This position is based in Winnipeg so local candidates are preferred.
Work will include, general duties such as budget assistance, preparing documents, reports, data/information analysis, reporting, analysis, and monitoring of capital project performance including budget, on-time delivery to schedule, and progress; invoices and presentations as requested, managing team requests for travel, meeting room bookings, timesheet/expense entry, systems support, staff changes, manage team correspondence, liaise with other Associate team members in the Region to align workload, manage work flow and provide backup support within the administrative team and other secretarial duties. Utilizes many different systems from word processing, spreadsheets, SAP and other software used by the business
Decision Making: Makes decisions within scope of position and authority as well as independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work for self. Can also make decisions that have impact on the department. Duties: Operates at the executive level and provides advanced confidential support. Requires in-depth knowledge of the organization and the policies. At this level they are adaptable and can manage complex problems using sound judgment. Advance computer skills are required.
