The Company:
Our Client, a major owner/operator is looking for a driven administrative assistant with SAP experience.

This position is only open to Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents, must be located in Calgary.

The Role:
- Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Operations Manager.
- Provide a full and efficient administrative support & office management service to members of the Operations Support Leadership and wider staff group.
- Co-ordinate meeting attendance and arrange suitable meeting venues.

- Acting as focal point, maintain awareness of leadership group diaries, movements and contact details.
- Set up, use and maintain appropriate hardcopy and electronic filing systems.
- When required, take, prepare and issue Minutes of Meeting for key meetings

- General SAP duties (preparing requisitions and service entries). Correcting errors of transactions, preparing requisitions from entry to invoicing.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Full working knowledge of Microsoft applications and SAP.

Ability to prioritise workload. Team player with good networking and communication skills (both oral and written). Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation, engenders trust, self developer and active learner. Requires minimum supervision - self managing. Diploma or degree preferred.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience either as an Administrative Assistant or in a support role to a large group of people.
