The Role:
 Only candidates who already have the rights to work in Azerbaijan will be considered for this role

Provide secretarial and administrative support to HSE team and available for other departments upon request
 Provide administrative support to Process improvement team when required in the SOP system
 Prepare reports for Management on Advance Safety Audits.
 Administer and report performance on site housekeeping inspections
 Prepare daily, weekly & monthly Department Statistics and reports for all the projects.
 Prepare training materials, presentations and other required documentation
 Gather, enter, and/or update data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriate; establish and maintain files and records for the office.
 Monitor and coordinate HSE activities as appropriate, and prepare internal/external reports for management as required.
 Assist with project development and planning to ensure more efficient service and organization of HSE department office.
 Compose and prepare written documentation and correspondence for HSE department and for other departments if needed; screen and evaluate incoming and outgoing correspondence and prepare responses as appropriate.
 Prepare minutes for Site Leadership Team Meeting ( SLT Meeting )
 Coordinate and book meeting rooms as required for HSE and Operations
 Assist in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects as appropriate.
 To administer and support the site Request for Action System. ( RFA’s)
 To assist with administration of the site monthly HSE Zone meeting.
 Enhances professional growth and development through participation in-service meetings, and workshops.
 Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
