The Company:
A luxury Automotive OEM based in the West Midlands. After continued growth & success there are a number of new exciting engineering projects underway and we currently have requirements for experienced engineering professionals.

The Role:
To assist the Body Engineering team in the fulfilment of non-core Engineering tasks such as gateway slide preparation, minute taking, budget and headcount monitoring.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Creation and development of weekly departmental KPI reports
Assist in gateway slide preparation, PowerPoint presentation preparation.
Maintain status of actual versus budget for all Body expenditure and headcount.
New starter administration (induction documents, IT requests.) Registers for Health and Safety audits.
Minute taking (Body technical reviews, various meetings as required.)
Raising PCR (Purchase Commitment Requests) and PO’s (Purchase Orders) for invoices.
Management of diaries for Chief Engineers plus departmental resources.
FESO (Final Engineering Sign-off) and deviations filing.
Ad-hoc administration tasks such as: booking meeting rooms, overtime approval sheets, arranging training courses, arranging pool cars and managing fleet movements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience working within an Administration role.
Experience working within an automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM) is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills of both self and others with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple conflicting demands on time.
Good level of verbal and written communication.
Strong MS Office Skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
The role will suit a highly motivated individual who is able to build strong working relationships inside and outside of the department whilst maintaining a punctual and professional attitude.
