The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
This administration role is to support the Global Brand Partnerships Manager and the team in the delivery of Brand partnerships, VIP/Ambassador placement and Product Placement within Film and TV The position will include the following roles and responsibilities: Assisting in implementing partnership activation plans Liaison between Jaguar Land Rover global markets. Assist in setting up market calls, meetings and collating required documents Support in collating Global Brand Ambassadors activity and updating central tracker Coordination of ambassador/partnership contracts and legal agreements Coordinate operational team meetings and monitor actions and deadlines Support and management of global partnerships budgets Support in coordinating and tracking all Global client product placement for Film and TV Coordinating both internal meetings with marketing, PR, finance, legal and design teams and external meetings including client markets Manage any event based travel booking and requirements for the team FLEET: Support on all fleet logistics. Liaise with Product Placement agency and Talent management to arrange deliveries and collections. Raise ATOs (on internal fleet system) to approve budget for the build of new/replacement vehicles on Brand Partnerships fleet. General administration: request new tax discs, fill in fleet claims forms and manage fleet forecasting budgets.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Proven experience in administration Superb organizational skills Strong Computer Skills fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A understanding of brand marketing Experience of integrated communications (marketing, digital and PR) Ability to work in fast paced environment Ability to handle multiple tasks A team player with a `can do attitude

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience of budget management.
Degree level or equivalent (Preferable not required)
