The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
PA to Director and Chassis Programmes Chief Engineer.

Tasks include:
Managing their diaries on a daily basis
Organising rooms and attendees to maximise meeting output
Minute taking at the Chassis weekly 1st line meeting and Employee SKIP Meetings
Provide administration support and organise / book overseas visits Manage Chassis record management process
Create and maintain Chassis Organisational Charts at a Team level. Manage X Chassis Administration i.e. Communications, Stationery, H&S Equipment and Visas
Support the Chassis Rewards and Recognition Scheme. Organise Supplier Events

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and has the ability to interact with Senior Management
Can manage their own work load and drive positive results using their own initiative
Demonstrates strong leadership behaviours and has the ability to influence others
Take meeting notes that accurately reflect the meeting content and identify the assigned actions
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous PA / Engineering Support experience
Office Experience in a similar position

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Automotive / Technical background or knowledge.
