The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Business Deliverables & Key Timing PD

Finance Administrator is required to support a number of on-going cost management projects in PD Finance. Key tasks will include but not be limited to:
Financial Analysis Assistance
Collation of finance information from respective vehicle programme teams
Review of information to ensure that it is in required format
Running of pre-defined excel macros (role will not require candidate to have macro skills although some knowledge would be advantageous)
Consolidation and allocation of outputs in pre-defined formats
Filing and communication of output reports as appropriate
Maintaining correct levels of access to shared area locations
Pro-active and timely escalation of any issues preventing the above deliverables from taking place to the agreed timetable
Executive Assistance
Daily administrative tasks to support the PD Finance Controller e.g. preparation of meeting documentation
Team Assistance
Ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the wider PD Finance team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
There will be a high proportion of PA/EA type work involved and this could equally be suited to some one with a more exec administrative background with good excel skills. Strong MS Office skills (excl, word, powerpoint - in particular excel - e.g. pivot tables).

Previous experience of performing assistance for executives and financial analysis support.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of/ experience of working with macros would be advantageous.
