The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Providing administrative support to a team of in-house recruiters; operating in a fast paced environment and often dealing with high volume recruitment. Working as part of a small administrative team, the key tasks include: -
* Managing candidates within the Applicant Tracking System and on local trackers in Excel
* Assisting with preparation for assessment centres and interviews including timetables, materials and results matrices
* Facilitating and organising interviews, including booking of interviewers & candidates, booking rooms and preparation of materials
* Post assessment administration including recording the outcome, processing expenses and filing & archiving candidate packs
* Preparing and sending offer letters / packs
* Completing the onboarding administration for all successful candidates which includes setting them up in the HR system and liaising with the Onboarding team, the Relocation partner and Company Vehicles
* Manage candidate correspondence in the central recruitment mail box
* Produce reports or other management information as required
* Provide general or ad hoc administration tasks in support of projects or activities within the team as required
* Cover for other administrators during periods of holiday/sickness

This role is supporting our Powertrain Operations HR teams so the candidate must be flexible to spend 3 days at our Whitley offices and 2 at our Wolverhampton plant, where the Powertrain teams are based.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an administrator dealing with high volume or a fast paced environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
* Experience of working with SAP and data analysis
* Good written & verbal communication skills, time management, organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to cope with a fast paced working environment, and be able to prioritise tasks accordingly
