The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
"PA support for the departmental Director ( organising meetings, etc), General office duties , Assisting with the ordering of general IT equipment, Minute taking in meetings as necessary, Carrying out a variety of computer based tasks using MS Excel Assisting in co-ordinating training for department personnel, Assisting managers and engineers in preparing presentation material, Assist in organising large departmental events such as Town Hall meetings Special Operations (SO), operates as a "business within a business" and is focused towards increasing profitability through leveraging our customers desire to personalize their vehicles. "

3 KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Excellent organisational skills
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications

Experience Required: Minimum of GCSE passes in English and Maths Working in a similar administrative role

Additional Information: Must be willing to travel as required between Midland sites Fen End as primary locations
