The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
To provide administrative support for our learning management system (catalyst) and helpdesk support to its users.
- To provide customer service support for catalyst users at every level in a timely and effective manner, including solving queries proactively.
- To produce reports on course and learner information as required by the wider Education, Training and Development team.
- To liase with learning and venue suppliers to ensure the effective provision of training initiatives across the business.
- To support the rest of the admin team in the development, review and improvement of admin processes on an ongoing basis.
- To ensure that invoices are raised and tracked and to ensure that stationery stock levels are monitored and replenished as required.
- To carry out additional admin tasks for the wider Education, Training and Development team as required.

Skills Required:
Essential experience & qualities.
- Proactive, 'can do' attitude with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Database experience in areas such as call centres, customer service, banking, recruitment or ideally a learning management system.
- Good/intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as excel, word and preferably googlemail.
- Ability to deal with a wide variety of customer and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Adopts problem solving approach to queries and day to day business challenges.
- Sources and proposes solutions to problems and processes in a proactive manner.
- Experience in dealing with large quantities of data input.
- The ability to manage own time effectively and prioritise tasks in order to meet the demands of different customer groups.
- Organisational skills to ensure invoices, stationery and materials are tracked and kept in order.
- Ability and experience in both working on an individual basis and within a wider team.

Skills Preferred:
- Experience in dealing with suppliers such as learning providers and training venues.
- Experience in the extraction of data into reporting templates for information purposes.
- The ability to communicate and deal appropriately with queries from members of the senior leadership team.
