The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
To deliver the administration support for the 2011/12 MBA Recruitment Campaign

- Applicant Administration.
- Sifting and Assessor Coordination.
-Careers Fair Coordination, Assessment Centre Bookings and Administration.
-Purchase Order Administration LL5+ and overseas Psychometric Administration.
- Purchase order administration for all Talent & Assessment function activity.
- Assessor Training Coordination and Administration.
- CEO Skip level coordination.
- Employee Profile (internal CV) completion activity.

Skills Required:

- Good time management skills (E)
- Excellent organisational skills (E)
- Excel and Microsoft Office (E)
- Very good communication skills (E)
- Administration Exeperience (E)
- Recruitment Exerience (D)
- Finance Administration (D)
- Full Driving Licence (and own transport to drive to commute between offices)
- Motivated to work in the field of HR (D)
- Highly motivated (E)
- Project mangement experience (D)

Education Required:
Degree Level Qualification Prefered not required.
