The Role:
• The role of the Administrator / HR Timekeeper will be to provide efficient and effective support in timekeeping activities for all offshore and contractual personnel, as well as dealing with associated invoices that come into the department. The position is initially for 6 months.
• Processing of Invoices, timesheets and expenses globally
• Populate SAP system with information including Hire/Rehire of Agency, Day rate, Salaried & International Personnel and Separations
• Respond to vendor queries from Limited Companies and Agency personnel
• Use of SAP and People Logic for data processing and report generation
• Respond to pay queries as appropriate
• Audit responsibilities
• Liaise with internal departments such as Offshore Personnel, Payroll and Finance
• Ensure accurate detailing of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) codes, cost centres, network codes, premium indicators and zone allowances.
• Global responsibility for invoice and timesheet processing for contractor personnel and other ad hoc payments
• Reconcile third party vendor labour invoices against information held in SAP
• Processing of expense invoices for on-pass for payment
• Check that the vendor expense claims comply with company policies
• Processing of expense invoice for Finance department

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good educational background is essential
Can articulate learning and training experiences
Knowledge of MS Office Suite particularly Excel and Word, essential
Previous work experience of SAP is advantageous
Excellent organisational skills with the proven ability to priorities workloads and meet deadlines
Experience within a general administrative role is required
Invoice processing experience advantageous
People Logic knowledge would be an advantage
Ability to perform numerical, statistical and/or financial analysis is desirable
Presents self in a professional manner appropriate to the role
Ability to demonstrate integrity and confidentiality at all times is essential
Good attention to detail
Produces work of presentable quality
