The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer and is currently experiencing an upturn in production with demand increasing globally. There is a requirement for an administrator to work in the Body & Trim department on a contract basis.

The Role:
• Taking meeting minutes ; colour steering module, team meeting and other C&T meetings
• Co-ordinating Senior Engineers’s diary
• Co-ordinating C&T meetings and team’s diaries
• Making travel enquiries for trips
• Gathering information for design trips – keeping calendar of key design events and shows
• Manage and keep up to date with pc and software updates (e.g. Photoshop license)
• Booking rooms for supplier meetings and interdepartmental meetings
• Co-ordinating arrangements for C&T presentations (rooms, moving furniture, liaising with other departments and personnel)
• Keep office tidy (e.g. put charts away after meetings)
• Issuing controlled documents such as colour splits and colour families
• Key point of contact for Material mastering status
• Updating material matrix when materials have been approved for master
• Preparing master labels for masters
• Updating mastering lists as and when materials are approved, mastered and issued
• Assist with the preparation of sewing thread assessment, organising of the thread submits and masters to be sewn onto master hides
• Participating in colour assessment sessions
• Providing colour comments to suppliers
• Issuing masters to suppliers and other relevant Bentley departments
• Sending packages to suppliers
• Ordering stationary
• Maintaining magazine subscriptions
• Updating colour strategy chart, interior and exterior colour chart
• Assisting with preparation of design boards, including labelling
• Assist with the submission of expenses claims

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Very competent at Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good colour vision
• Excellent time management skills of self and others
• Ability to cope with frequently changing priorities
• Good communication skills, (phone)
