The Company:
Our Client is a global Energy Leader with a strong commitment to Honest and Ethical Business Practices within the Oil and Gas Industry. Our Client operates as an independent energy company. It has four segments: Oil and Gas, Syncrude, Energy Marketing, and Chemicals. The Oil and Gas segment explores, develops, and produces crude oil, natural gas, and related products.

The Role:
 Safety - Conducts all activities in a safe and effective manner and raises safety and environmental issues immediately and in line with corporate policy
 Leadership - Undertakes the role in line with corporate policy and demonstrates behaviours in line with client’s values at all times. Readily accepts accountability.

 Financial - Carries out duties in a way that maximises value and minimises waste and risk.

 Technical/Functional –
Monitor & Manage user feedback within Agility administration suite, includes highlighting stats which can result in areas for improvement
Amend Agility Documents (i.e. process maps, overviews, job documents etc) in response to feedback as agreed with process owners.
Co-ordinate review/approval/release of modified documentation from within Agility
Review Agility documents created by Dept Doc Administrators to ensure they adhere to standards
Maintain User Suite Navigation Tree (i.e. ensuring any new documents are associated within the correct area of Agility)
Resolve any Unknown User Licence conflicts identified by IS Apps Team.
Participate in Web Page content development.
Review Agility Functional Specifications and contribute ideas on functional improvements
Prepare Acceptance Test Plans and Test Upgrades to Agility Software prior to Production release (Quarterly and ad-hoc)
Prepare documentation on new Agility Functionality for distribution to Users
Maintain Organisational Charts in Agility

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Standard Grade Education or equivalent
Relevant experience in an Oil and Gas environment
Highly proficient with MS Word 2003 &/or 2010
Document Control experience
Appreciation of Management Systems
Knowledge of Agility Software
