The Company:
Our client a UK based refining and marketing company, have interests in a number of facilities in the United Kingdom, employing around 1000 people throughout the UK and over 33000 worldwide. They have had their presence on Teesside for over 30 years, processing and storing crude oil ready for shipment along with being an established supplier of bulk fuels, including LPG, to the commercial, aviation and marine industries.

The Role:
Providing an administration support function within an extremely busy demanding department, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks from arranging meetings, reception, inputting and checking of data, to collating of expenses and typing.

Duties will include:-

Arranging Meetings for a variety of senior managers
Collating and issuing expenses
Reception - welcoming visitors, dealing with post/couriers
Typing a variety of documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Arranging hotels/transport for visitors and Managers
Dealing with facilities queries
Organising of internal newsletter
Keeping the area website up to date
Ordering of working lunches
Dealing with all internal communications within the business
Inputting and checking of a variety of data
Collating and producing a variety of reports for Management Team
Variety of other ad hoc duties as required by the HR team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration
Strong administrative skills
Excellent communication skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Previous admin support experience
