The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
Provide value add services to customer specific deliveries and administration duties. Ensure all customer
orders are picked, packed and all returns are processed to complete 100% delivery on time in full to
delivery date.

Temporary position to work in our client's busy Warehouse Facility in Hams Hall, nr Birmingham

Key Responsibilities and duties:
- Provide safe work environment, ensuring that all training in relation to Health & Safety is adhered to
- Report any personal injury, accident or damage to any equipment, machinery, premises or stock
- Ensure all customer orders including specific packing requirements are picked and packed accurately on
time and in full.
- Ensure all value add customer requirements are met accurately on time and in full. Complete and update
any and all customer specific paperwork and systems.
- Ensure all customer return orders are processed accurately on time, in full and specific
requirements/actions dealt with accordingly.
- Operating IT systems and updating data fields as required.
- Completing inventory stock checks as required.
• Operating of Mechanical Handling Equipment in line with Safe Working Practices.
• Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation, ensure all waste material is disposed of correctly.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Proficient user of MS Excel
Typically BTEC qualified (or equivalent) with experience in a clerical or secretarial support role.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
SAP Experience
