The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
We need someone for a period of approximately 3 months to backfill information into our factory installed base and SERVIS databases.

Duties will mainly consist of extracting end customer, application and product data from field service reports and product sales databases, validating this data, populating the factory installed base tool and verifying / uploading data in SERVIS as necessary.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum two years experience in a clerical or secretarial support role.
Secretarial and non-technical clerical support staff.
