The Role:
My client is currently seeking an Administrator to work at Sizewell B. The role will incorporate the following:

• General office duties.
• Co-ordination of local services such as mail, files, computing and presentational information.
• The organisation of venues for meetings, hotel accommodation and travel arrangements.
• The production of minutes from meetings utilising information provided.
• Assistance of the efficient processing of requests for site visits and supporting visitors when on site.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to actively participate as a member of a team and uphold responsibility for tasks.
• Good knowledge of standards and techniques applicable to administration control within a dynamic environment.
• Excellent typing skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
