The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role

Support General Purchase to ensure that nominations POR's and contracts are completed in a timely manner. To ensure that Purchase Orders and Vendors are created and maintained in line with Purchasing processes.

Scope of the Role

- Send out RFQ's and analyse quotations
- Prepare and support LSC presentations.
- Manage Contracts database. Determine when tenders are due to be created and sent to suppliers or if contracts need to be extended, working with the General Purchase Team.
- Create and maintain Purchase Order/pricing/Vendors in line with agreed processes.
- Filing of Purchase Orders and other documentation.
