The Company:
Our client, a major Oil & Gas owner/operator, is looking for an Administrator to join their team.

The Role:
Admin support for:
• Presentation preparations
• Procedure writing support
• Logistic support for training & meetings
• General administrative duties

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Excellent administration skills – advanced Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage various projects at one time with little or no supervision
• Works well independently or as a contributing member of a team
• Prioritized tasks as needed in order to meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to learn new programs and procedures to comply with employer's requirements
