The Company:
A Japanese engineering, procurement and construction company serving mainly the hydrocarbons and petrochemical sectors worldwide.

The Role:
- Provide general office management / administration support for day to day operations of Site Team and Project Team.
- Liaising between site team, project team and internal departments.
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
- Able to handle well the assign tasks and completed within dateline.
- Performs administrative and office support activities and assist in resolving any administrative problems to management and other staff.
- Supports the Lead Administrator in various administration duties.
- Undertake relevant duties and tasks as instructed by immediate Supervisors.
- Make travel arrangements and hotel reservations.
- To perform daily administration task.
- Maintain contact List
- Book Travel Arrangement and provide general support to visitor.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Candidate must Possess at least a Diploma or Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Office Administration / Administration / Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Preferable minimum 5 years working experience in Administration or Secretarial works.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Able to multi tasks, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision and interact with people at all levels.
- Computer literate and proficient in using all Microsoft Office applications. e.g. Word, Power Point, Excel.
- Proficient in writing and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Should be highly organized, efficiency in time management.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to details and problem solver.
- Able to start work immediately as an added advantage.
