The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.
The Role:
Excellent organisational and planning skills with attention to detail. Customer care and service focused with excellent telephone manner. Good working knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Ability to 'overcome' hurdles and put the 'Customer First'.
Experience Required:
Excellent communicator, enable to deal with different levels of grade through from Job Car user through to Managing Director of Co., Enable to work on own initiative in pressured environment, make executive and assertive decisions on the spot.
Capable of working with Exel spreadsheets i.e. VLOOK UP formulas, Macro's, Access database.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good standard of English required (GCSE) Computer Literacy (Distinction Level)
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Business related Degree an advantage
