The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The position is the principal point of contact within the department/office

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Administrative support for the Director.
* Securing cost effective travel arrangements and visit co-ordination.
* Co-ordination of overseas travel
* Dealing with enquiries at all levels of the business as well as external bodies.
* Preparation of presentation material. * Updating the internal reporting system.
* CORA- Administration
Organising meetings/conferences
Preparing correspondence
Maintaining Outlook diary and co-ordination with other Company functional teams.
The successful candidate must be confident in using their own initiative, prioritising workload and often working with little supervision.
Good analytical and numeracy skills combined with flexibility and attention to detail are also essential for this role

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Secretarial qualification. Good academic background. RSA/CLAIT qualification.
Previous experience of operating at a senior secretarial level demanding high levels of initiative and self-sufficiency is essential.
