The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Vehicle Programme Directors (Incl Programme Teams), also Coverage for Vehicle Line Director when his PA is out of Office. Managing Multiple Calenders 3+, Booking and Co-ordinating Travel Plans, Monthly Travel Submissions , Agenda preperation (Weekly / Daily Meetings), Stationary Order and Management, Shared drive access requests and processing Please note this is a Part time position for 26 1/2 hours per week."
Skills Required:

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Word / Excel / Google Mail / Powerpoint / Project
Knowledge of JLR systems PACN / ETRACKER System, SAP / CORA Training or knowledge, i3 would be an advantage
Any previous JLR Experience would be beneficial for knowledge of business / system and people, Managing Multiple Calenders and appointments, Google Main, Any Previous PA / Admin Role experience
HNC or equivalent
