The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
General administrative support for the Directors and their teams. Arrange travel (booking travel, booking hotels, gaining Finance signatories etc.) Managing diaries, arranging meetings, booking conference rooms etc using Google Mail. Dealing with telephone queries on a wide range of subjects. Produce presentations using Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint. Dealing with general departmental correspondence e.g. letters, faxes, e-mails, telephone calls. Filing and archiving information in accordance with departmental and company processes. Data entry & production of departmental reports using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets. Collection of data & information from a variety of sources (inside and outside of Company) and collating/summarising for use by the Senior Management Team. Ordering stationary & taking responsibility for office supplies and equipment. Able to handle highly confidential information sensitively and appropriately.

Skills Required:
High level of computer literacy/competence; high level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Mail. Experience in a support role to a dynamic executive team. Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy, including the ability to develop effective working relationships and work as part of a team; high level written and verbal communication skills. Experience in dealing with confidential matters, and to exercise strict confidentiality.

Skills Preferred:
Excellent personal presentation and ability to represent the Company in a highly professional manner. Demonstrated ability to prioritise, work to deadlines, adapt to and negotiate varying demands. Demonstrate high level internal and external customer service skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Planning and problem solving skills. Networking and communication skills.

Experience Required:
Previous senior admin or PA experience
