The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Project Management Office (PMO) Administrator

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Data gathering, data filing (hardcopy and electronic), coordination of change requests reviews and approvals, supporting PMO colleagues with process documentation and presentations, facilities coordination for new starters (desks, access cards, mobiles etc). Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint; a self-starter who ensures that requirements are taken care of as soon as (or even before) they arise.

Performing administration tasks within a Project Management Office (PMO) with tight deadlines.
