The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Reporting to, and working closely with, the UK Dealer Training & Development Manager, this role will instigating, project manage and oversee a number of key Academy projects.
It is essential that all projects are delivered to a high quality and are delivered on-time & on-budget.
The work that this role will be responsible for will include:-
o Day to Day project management and liaison with The Event Business and Powertrain to ensure an exceptional `on-brand delivery of the UK-Wide Jaguar Customer First Immersion Programme
Ensuring Senior Management, RM and RAM support for each event. Monitoring scheduling, dealer throughput numbers and quality of venues/programme execution.
o Liaison with Powertrain and Print to ensure quality & timely production & distribution of In-Dealer Customer First Modules.
o Liaison with Powertrain to ensure that the delivery of the 2-day Customer First Leadership & Coaching seminars and 1-day Customer Experience seminars run to plan and to budget (Cost vs Revenue).
o Manage the design and delivery of impactful launch training and Model Year update training to UK Networks. Represent the Academy on the ground at Launch training events (working remotely where applicable) and ensuring that overall training and event execution meets with Brand strategy and Brand ethos/culture.
o Liaison and supplier management of the LRUK Sales Customer Insights Programme (Video, Telephone and e-Mail Mystery Shopping) o Work with the Global Training and Development team to manage the sets of Competencies and Questions Banks for the Sales, Service and Parts roles ensuring that they are updated and mapped to appropriate learning. (six monthly review cycle).
o Ensure that Sales, Service and Parts course contents (E-Learning and Classroom) and learner journeys are aligned with updated Competency banks and Global Sales and Aftersales processes. Work with developers and trainers to keep content up to date. Quality assure course delivery. Work with the Academy admin team to manage the creation of the annual Academy Curriculum schedule and Curriculum calendar. Using historic course booking data as well as the learning needs derived from the Excellence competency system to ensure the appropriate number of courses are scheduled.
o Project Management of bespoke Training/Recruitment or People Development projects o Production of analysis as required to compare data, inform decision etc for own role and for Network Training & Development Manager role

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Work with the Academy admin team to manage the creation of the annual Academy Curriculum schedule and Curriculum calendar.
Using historic course booking data as well as the learning needs derived from the Excellence competency system to ensure the appropriate number of courses are scheduled.
o Project Management of bespoke Training/Recruitment or People Development projects
o Production of analysis as required to compare data, inform decision etc for own role and for Network Training & Development Manager role.
Experience of managing a number of disparate projects at any one time.
Degree Level Candidate

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience of developing written communications for publishing to a large audience Ability to write credible, detailed justifications to back up project proposals.
Ability to confidently present to groups of 10-12 people. Experience of designing/specifying learning
- Awareness of learning styles, learner needs, etc Experience of costing and budgetting of projects and bring projects in on budget and on time.
Experience of working in a Training delivery environment (Automotive preferred but not essential)
