The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support to the Risk & Compliance Director and department to include preparing key reports and documentation for senior meetings. An important part of the role will include the drafting and updating PowerPoint presentations, so expertise in PowerPoint is essential. General administrative support will also be required, to include diary management, arranging of meetings and conference room bookings. The need to work pro-actively in a busy team, to support deadlines is a must.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Advanced proficency in Microsoft PowerPoint, word and Microsoft Excel experience
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of dealing with highly confidential information sensitively and appropriately
- Previous experience of drafting presentations and marking up amendments to documents
- Ability to multi-task and priorities workload through to completion
- Excellent organisational skills
- Able to deal pro-actively with obstacles to support team objectives
- Confident when liasing with wider busniess units
- A team player
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Planning and problem solving
- Comfortable dealing with senior management and external agencies such as lawyers and auditors
- Previous experience of working in a support capacity within a corporate or commercial environment
